THE TUCK REVERSES
 
 

These. Tricks. Are. Hard.
 
When I say hard, I mean SO hard that only three people in the world can land them. One of those three happens to be Yours Truly.
 
Also referred to as a Cannonball Reverses and a Bar Hops, the Tuck Reverses are tricks that require not only expert pogo skills, but incredible flexibility as well.
 
THE TUCK REVERSE: Bounce normally. Jump high in the air and tuck your legs up against you into a ball. Squeeze your whole body forwards in between your arms and up and over the handlebars. Stretch yourself out and land in reverse.
 
THE REVERSE TUCK REVERSE: Bounce in Reverse. Jump high in the air and tuck your legs up against yourself into a ball. Squeeze your whole body backwards in between your arms, and up and over the handlebars. Stretch yourself out and land normally.
