Wing Nut: This trick is similar to a No Handed Pogo Switch; however it proves to be considerably harder. It doesn’t look the impressive, but you’ve accomplished something not too easy if you can land a Wing Nut. Bounce with just one hand. Flick the pogo stick 180 degrees and catch it on the same handle with the same hand. You never use your other hand.
