Meditation:  Take your right foot off it's peg and cross it over your body.  Make sure your right thigh is under the right handlebar.  Take you hands off the handles and touch your thumbs to your index fingers (too help maintain the illlluuuusssiiiooonnnn).  Bounce like this.
